ALCOA ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATION CHANGES
Alain Belda, chairman and CEO of Alcoa, recently announced that Richard B. Kelson, chief financial officer and executive vice president, has chosen to retire and that Joseph C. Muscari would succeed him in that role, effective January 1, 2006. Kelson will become chairman's counsel in January and will continue to advise the company on the transition. Joe Muscari, currently executive vice president for Asia, Rigid Packaging and Global Foil, will become chief financial officer after a wide-ranging 36-year career at Alcoa.

EVERYTHING FIESTA STORE TO OPEN IN WEST VIRGINIA
Everything Fiesta, a new Fiesta® outlet store, will be holding its grand opening December 5 at 10 a.m. in the Flatwoods Mall, Sutton, W.Va. The store will sell the popular Fiesta china that is widely used by collectors and homemakers alike for its unique classic design and beautiful color patterns. The store brings together Everything Fiesta's co-owner, Joe Wells III, and John K. Skidmore, owner of the Flatwoods Mall. Both men are Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year winners. "It has always been my objective to bring in businesses that provide a unique product and exceptional customer service," Skidmore said. "Everything Fiesta fits that mold perfectly." All items in the store will be discounted 10% during the grand opening week. On the grand opening day, there will be a drawing every hour for a 20-piece set of Fiesta china. The drawing will begin at 11 a.m. and run until the store closes at 9 p.m. In addition, the first 100 patrons to make a purchase of $100 or more will receive a 2005 Scarlet Fiesta holiday ornament.

FROVICH NAMED NATIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR FRANKOMA
Richard Frovich has joined Frankoma Inc. as national sales manager. "The addition of Mr. Frovich, with his over 30 years of experience in ceramics and table top sales and marketing, demonstrates our commitment to expand and develop a national market for Frankoma's terra cotta table top lines," said Ken Taylor, vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Frankoma, Frovich worked with Noritake, Mikasa, Nancy Calhoun, Gaitano Pottery, and Caleca. He most recently served as director, sales and marketing for American Atelier.
