• The reduction of carbon dioxide emissions intensity by 17% over the past two years (compared to a target of 5%).
• A 25% improvement in waste intensity over the past two years (compared to a target of 5%).
• The successful integration of the technical ceramics businesses acquired from the Carpenter Technology Corp. into the EHS reporting processes, which was achieved ahead of schedule.
