Nabertherm: Debinding and Sintering

The production of passive components requires both debinding at temperatures up to 500°C and sintering at up to 1300°C. Until now, this process required cooling the charge after debinding in an air-circulation furnace and moving it to a sintering kiln. This often causes problems since the de-bindered ceramic is very easily damaged and the handling of small parts is time consuming. The Nabertherm Ceramotherm® N 200/HS with preheating system is capable of firing both processes in a single unit, thus eliminating the need for material handling while reducing the overall time required.
