National Dentex Corp., one of the largest owner/operators of dental laboratories in the United States, recently announced the acquisition of Creative Dental Ceramics Laboratory, effective March 1, 2001. Creative had sales in excess of $1.5 million in its fiscal year ended December 31, 2000. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Creative adds to our network a laboratory with an outstanding reputation in the industry," said David Brown, president & CEO of National Dentex. "Founded over 25 years ago by Ralph Garding, Creative has grown through its ability to produce high quality products while providing exceptional service to its clients.
