MoreOwens-Illinois, Inc. (O-I) recently announced that Catherine Neel has been named vice president and treasurer. She will be responsible for the management of the company's worldwide financial assets and domestic and international financing. She also will lead the company's global treasury and risk management functions. Neel was formerly vice president and corporate controller at NII Holdings, a multi-billion-dollar telecommunications services company.
