MoreThe Nord Est Industrial Minerals Division DENAIN-ANZIN MINERAUX (DAM) has acquired the assets of Turkismühle unit in Germany from WBB FUCHS. This unit, which primarily serves the tile industry, owns a feldspar deposit and a plant in Saarland with milling capacity of approximately 60,000 tons. The unit employs 17 people.
The acquisition was done simultaneously with the creation of the commercial office DAM Deutschland and fits with the DAM strategy of geographical diversification within its core business.
