OM Group, Inc. (OMG) recently announced the promotion of Jeff Blazek to business manager for Hard Metal and Diamond Tool in the Americas, and Inorganic Salts and Battery Chemicals in Japan. Blazek was previously business manager, Inorganic Salts and Battery Chemicals - Asia-Pacific and has 17 years of experience in particulate technology sales and marketing. In addition, Wayde Yeoman has been promoted to business manager, Inorganic Salts and Battery Chemicals - Asia-Pacific. In his new position, Yeoman will be responsible for all inorganic salts and battery chemical sales in Asia-Pacific except Japan. He has 17 years of experience in both operations and sales and marketing, and has worked for the organics group of OMG for the past two years.
