Oxford Instruments Acquires CMI

Oxford Instruments Analytical recently announced that it has acquired the assets of CMI International (CMI). The new Oxford Instruments business unit is based at the CMI facility in Chicago, Ill. Bradley Boyer, president of Oxford Instruments'X-ray Technology Group, will serve as the new unit' president. "We are delighted with the prospect of bringing measurement systems into the analytical division and we look forward to continued growth," said Charles Holroyd, managing director of Oxford Instruments Analytical.
