Oxford Lasers: High-Speed Laser Drilling Systems

Oxford Lasers' high-speed laser drilling systems are capable of producing dense arrays of holes from 5 to 100 microns in diameter at a rate of 250+ holes per second, in metals or ceramics, in planar or cylindrical geometries. This combination of high-speed drilling and high accuracy enables increased cost effectiveness in the laser production of devices. The systems can be used for the production of dense arrays of small holes in such applications as micro-filters, catalysts, fuel cells, fuel filters, pressure sensors, MEMs, and many other filtration and chemical devices.
