Oxy-Gon Industries: New Model in Hot Press Furnace Line

Oxy-Gon Industries, Inc., recently announced the addition of a new furnace, the model FR 210 25-ton bench top system, to its state-of-the-art hot press vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnace line. The unit has a 2000C maximum operating temperature and can operate at high vacuum levels. Other features include a 3 x 3 in. usable (uniform) heat zone and tantalum, tungsten or moly heating elements and heat shields. The furnace can be used with vacuum, inert gas or hydrogen atmospheres for diffusion bonding or any hot press application. It can be easily converted to a general purpose heat treating furnace with the addition of a hearth.
