PANalytical is extending its line of innovative software for XRD with a powerful tool for quantitative analysis. The new tool, X'Pert Quantify, offers a complete set of quantification models and operates with the company's XRD systems, including legacy systems up to 15 years old. The new software is a complete quantitative analysis package that includes measurement, extraction and correction routines. Capable of working independently or in conjunction with other PANalytical XRD software, X'Pert Quantify accepts input from peak-intensity measurements, integrated area measurements and scans in PANalytical's open XRDML data format. Quantitative results are stored in an MS Access database.
