Particle Sizing Systems recently announced the addition of the PALS Zeta module and Autotitrator to its line of zeta potential monitoring systems. The PALS Zeta capability allows the company's Nicomp to measure zeta potential values at much higher salt concentrations. This module can be added to existing systems or purchased with an entire system that provides both frequency and phase analysis modes in one Windows(TM)-based software controller. The addition of the Autotitrator allows users to develop full titration curves and find the isoelectric point without the need for operator intervention. The Nicomp 380ZLS is a useful tool for both R&D and QC applications where the need to predict or spot check the long-term stability of a product based on different formulations or production processing is critical.
