John Glick, the owner, creates many of the pieces himself; there is also an artist-in-residence who assists with running the studio, showroom, and the events that take place at the pottery every month.
In addition to crafting original pottery pieces, Glick fashions his own tools and equipment to help him bring his visions to life. He regularly uses welding and woodworking instruments to make whatever he needs.
