Porous Materials Inc. (PMI) will hold its third annual porosity measurement short course in Ithaca, N.Y., June 19-21. The course, which includes basic and advanced topics, is arranged so both managers and scientists can benefit. The course covers the basics of various available techniques and their proper roles in understanding the material structure. It includes lectures from experts on recent advances, error analysis, interpretation of results and selection of appropriate techniques, as well as live demonstrations and visits to PMI laboratories for hands-on experience. Discussion of individual or group problems can be arranged with advance notification.
