Premier Tech recently announced its acquisition of Chronos Holdings Ltd., a UK-based company. The acquisition positions Premier Tech's packaging business area among the world's top players in the field of flexible industrial packaging equipment. Approximately 300 new team members from Europe, Asia and North American will join Premier Tech. Chronos Richardson's major product lines, which will complete and diversity Premier Tech's existing lines, include weighing systems, open mouth bagging systems, valve bag systems and palletizing systems.
