Chief Culture Officers
A business's culture is constantly changing, making it a challenge for companies trying to define it and make sure it's moving in the right direction. Many companies (such as Google) have installed chief culture officers to keep tabs on company culture. In last week's CI CyberNews CyberPoll, we asked readers if they thought hiring a chief culture officer is a good idea for corporations. Responses were as follows:
One reader commented, "Companies make far too much about their so-called corporate culture. If companies spent more time ensuring that their employees have the resources and support needed to do the job, they wouldn't need to even think about nonsense like hiring a chief culture officer!"
