Acme Brick Announces Brick in Architecture Competition Winners

Acme Brick announced that two gold and four bronze awards were given to contestants using its brick at the national Brick in Architecture competition, which is sponsored by the Brick Industry Association.

Gold award winners included Holy Cross School, New Orleans, La. (CDH Partners, Inc.) and Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Atlanta, Ga. (Blitch-Knevel Architects). Bronze Award recipients included North Richland Hills, Texas, Library (BRW Architects); Rose Haggar Park Pavillion, Dallas, Texas (Richter Architects); North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Harrison, Ark. (Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects); and Gaylord Hall, University of Oklahoma, Norman, Okla. (Rees, Associates Inc. architects).
