Alcoa World Chemicals Relocates Headquarters to Germany

As part of the company's global restructuring initiatives, the headquarter activities of Alcoa World Chemicals has relocated from the U.S. to Frankfurt, Germany. Plans to more than double total revenue in the coming years by widening the product portfolio and improving utilization of global business opportunities are the key drivers for this change.

Bernt Reitan, previously regional manager Europe, has been appointed president of Alcoa World Chemicals and is responsible for the global business. Gangolf W. Kriechbaum has been appointed global sales and marketing manager, and Philip J. Martin has been appointed global business development manager.
