Robert E. Smith has been named executive vice president of Allied
High Tech Products, Inc. In addition to serving on the company's
board of directors, he will be responsible for strategic planning,
enterprise development and corporate operations. He is a graduate of
Pepperdine University and the Advanced Management College at Stanford
University.
