Keith A. Blakely, president, CEO and chairman of the board of Advanced Refractory Technologies Inc. (ART), was named a fellow of the American Ceramic Society (ACerS) during the society's banquet on April 24 in Indianapolis, Ind. A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Blakely founded ART in 1981 at the age of 24. He has received two IR-100 awards from
R&D Magazine and holds several patents.
