American Technical Ceramics Corp.'s Jacksonville, Fla., facility has
received certification under the ISO 9001 quality standards. This
recognition expands the facility's ISO 9002 certification, received
for its manufacturing operations in 1998, to include the company's
design processes. "We are proud that the Jacksonville site is
performing at the high standards recognized by an ISO 9001
designation," said Victor Insetta, chairman of the company. ATC's
facilities in both Jacksonville and Huntington Station have been ISO
9002 certified since 1998. The ISO 9001 designation reflects that the
Jacksonville facility meets certain design and development
regulations in addition to the production, installation and servicing
measures required by ISO 9002.
