Albert Stiegman will serve as Avian Group's expert on raman and
luminescence spectroscopy. He will also aid the group in development
of optical materials. Doug Bevington will serve as the group's
service and technical support for Murakami Color Research lab
instruments. He will also serve as the service support for Avian
Group-developed instruments.
