Bohlin Instruments Ltd. has acquired the rheology product lines of
Rosand Precision Ltd., along with the Rosand trademark. Product lines
included in the arrangement are the RH7 and RH2000 capillary
rheometers, as well as melt flow index products, online rheology
products and VICAT softening point equipment. Bohlin will market the
products, which will retain the Rosand brand name, through its
existing sales channels, including direct operations in Germany and
the U.S., as well as the U.K. Bohlin's management expects that the
acquisition will add substantially to revenues in 2001.
