Boral USA, through one of its subsidiaries, announced that it has acquired sole ownership of MonierLifetile LLC from the MONIER Group, whose principal place of business is located in Germany. This acquisition, when combined with Boral’s existing U.S. tile clay roof tile business, will be part of the U.S. Boral Roofing division.
