A new company has been created for the former Electronic Products
Division of Brush Wellman Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brush
Engineered Materials Inc. The new company, Zentrix Technologies Inc.,
now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brush Engineered Materials Inc., was
formed to better reflect the company's business direction in the
telecommunication and fiber optic industries. Zentrix encompasses
three existing business groups: Electronic Packaging Products Group,
Newburyport, Mass.; Circuits Processing Technology Inc., Oceanside,
Calif.; and Powder Metallurgy Products Group, Tucson, Ariz.
