BYK-Gardner Makes Personnel Announcements

BYK-Gardner recently announced it has hired nine new employees, including several appointments in the Customer Care Center.

BYK-Gardner recently announced it has hired nine new employees. Rae Roby has been named manager of Regional Sales for the Michigan and northern Ohio region. She has 14 years of experience.

Sam Cauchi has been named sales manager for Canada. He has a degree in physics and a master’s degree in electrical engineering, and has contributed to many publications and conference proceedings.

Several additions have been made to the Customer Care Center. Sheila White has been named manager for North America. She received a master’s of business administration degree from the University of South Florida in marketing/sales/finance. Mary Llewellyn will be responsible for customer care for Canada. She previously owned her own business for seven years and has 15 years’ experience in selling and customer relations. Scott Richeson will cover the Mid-Atlantic territory. He has spent close to 20 years working within the coatings industry. Sandrine Letendre will handle the West Coast area. She studied marketing and communications at Champlain College and has over 20 years of sales experience. Patrick Weaver will handle the southwest region. He has held a variety of sales-related positions for the past 15 years.

Corey Cohen joins the company as Applications specialist. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in physics.

Josh Egbert has been named service administrator. He will be responsible for assisting customers with returning instruments for certification and service. He will also be repairing instruments.
