Ceradyne Inc. has named Siegfried Müssig, Ph.D., to its Board of Directors and the company’s Technology Committee.
“The appointment of Dr. Siegfried Müssig as a member of the Ceradyne Board of Directors and a member of its Technology Committee represents Ceradyne’s continued focus on becoming a global corporation with a concentration on the development of advanced technical ceramic products for use in the exploration and recovery of oil and gas,” said Joel P. Moskowitz, chairman and CEO. “Prior to joining Ceradyne, Dr. Müssig played a vital role in the PetroCeram® development.
