The Cleveland Vibrator Co.’s new line of ultrasonic screening equipment utilizes dual vibrator drives. The dual motor separator provides for three control variables: vibrator force, frequency and drive angle. This design concept results in a three-dimensional motion, which allows for greater throughput of difficult-to-screen products. The distinctive vibratory action, coupled with HK Technologies’ ultrasonic deblinding system, provides a screener that can handle many difficult screening applications. Screen sizes are available in 24- and 36-in. diameter, down to 635 mesh (20 micron), and all screens are re-screenable.
