monitoring and data acquisition software, which controls, monitors
and records data from multiple ovens. According to the company, the
software eliminates the need for costly in-house programming to set
up communications between multiple ovens and a personal computer.
Users can simply insert the CD and follow step-by-step prompts in the
software's Windows™-based environment to establish an oven
network. Once installed, Oven Tracker reportedly makes it much easier
to manage multiple recipes on multiple ovens.
