While the U.S. federal government shutdown has been avoided, the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA) says that fuel cell and hydrogen energy programs within the Department of Energy are more vulnerable than they have ever been. The association is asking for individuals to join its campaign to ensure that fuel cells and hydrogen energy are given equal treatment with other clean energy technologies. The FCHEA wants to let Congress and the Obama administration know that fuel cells and hydrogen energy must be a core part of any clean energy strategy.
