Fusing Glass

Suppliers to the pottery and art glass industries are continually developing new products to help working artists produce their pieces more easily and economically. One great example is the microwave kiln, which operates inside any traditional microwave oven (found in probably all of our kitchens) and can be used for glass fusing.

Paragon Industries’ Arnold Howard spent some time experimenting with materials, loading and heating rates, and he shared some tips for best results in our March issue (Glass Fusing in a Microwave Oven).
