Gough Econ, Inc. recently made two personnel announcements. David P. Risley was named president and chief executive officer of the company. Also a member of Gough's board of directors, he joined the company in 1982 as a mechanical designer. Additionally, Andrew J. Leitch was named vice president, sales. Leitch joined the company in 2000 as sales manager.
