Krosaki Harima Corp. announced that its Board of Directors passed a resolution to acquire the majority of the shares of TATA Refractories Ltd. The company will be a subsidiary of Krosaki.
TATA Refractories is India’s largest refractories manufacturer, manufacturing and selling refractories primarily for the domestic steel industry, including its parent company, TATA Steel Ltd.
