Leeman Labs, Inc. has appointed Elizabeth L. Laughlin director of customer service. Her focus in customer satisfaction will include optimizing service response, reducing the time for instrument repair and providing the maximum uptime for instrumentation operation. Her goal for the Leeman support team is to be the best service supplier in the analytical instrument industry as measured by industry benchmark studies.
