Lightnin Division of SPX Acquires Premier Mill

Premier Mill Corp. was recently acquired by the Lightnin division of SPX Corp.

Premier Mill Corp. was acquired by the Lightnin division of SPX Corp. on March 7, 2001. Premier Mill is an important part of Lightnin¿s overall growth strategy and will be instrumental in expanding the company¿s collective sales and market share in the worldwide chemical, paint, ink and coatings markets. The acquisition extends Lightnin¿s product and technology base beyond its historical and traditional industrial fluid applications base.
