A production line of economy furnaces (Red Devil series), featuring
single and dual chamber models, is now available from Lucifer
Furnaces, Inc. These reportedly low cost models are designed in two
chamber sizes: 9 x 12 x 21 in. and 12 x 14 x 24 in. Stocked for
immediate delivery, these models are shipped ready for connection to
230/1/60 volts. The heat treat furnace has a temperature rating of
2200F and the draw oven can operate to 1200F. According to the
company, additional features include heavy gauge sheet steel
construction, vertical lift gas spring operated door for easy
controlled opening, low watt density coil sound heating elements
mounted in easily removable side panels, and lightweight firebrick
insulation with extended vestibule for reduced heat loss and positive
door seal.
