Anzola, Italy-based company integrated into Sacmi’s
parent company to boost development of MPH presses.
Strategic plans have been announced to streamline
operations between Matrix and its parent company, Sacmi Group. The companies’
reorganization plans aim to minimize market response times and ensure teamwork
with the Imola production facilities.
Since the acquisition of Matrix, Sacmi has begun to
take over the company’s tasks at the Imola head office. As of January 1, 2010,
all Matrix S.r.l. activities and obligations have begun to be handled by Sacmi
Imola S.C., with particular attention given to Matrix’s personnel, who
constitute a massive store of experience; they have been provided with new
opportunities in Sacmi Imola.
