NETZSCH: Ultra-Fine Classifier For Laboratories
October 22, 2004
NETZSCH Fine Particle Technology recently introduced a laboratory model to complement its existing range of CFS/HD-S high-performance, ultra-fine classifiers. The CFS 5 HD-S high-dispersion air classifier features excellent particle size selectivity and exact internal product flow. The machine's classifying results show a high degree of efficiency, due in particular to a very high dispersion effect before the product is separated via the classifier wheel. The new air classifier, with a gas flow volume of 50 m3/h (approximately 29 SCFM), is the smallest machine of the series and guarantees optimal classifying results on a laboratory scale.
