NIBS Elects Three Directors

The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) has elected three
new directors and re-elected two current members. Newly elected to
three-year terms were: George Capko, Jr., vice president and manager
of the standards division of Factory Mutual Global; Paul Lynch,
assistant commissioner for business performance, General Services
Administration's Public Buildings Services; and Dan E. Hanlon,
director of engineering, Office of the Architect of the Capital. Re-
elected to three-year terms were Henry Green, executive director of
the Bureau of Construction Codes, State of Michigan, and a founding
member of the board of the International Code Council; and James R.
Irvine, president of The Conifer Group and former president of the
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
