Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. recently announced that its wholly owned consolidated subsidiary, Nippon Sheet Glass Business Assist Co. Ltd., will be merged into the company, effective January 1, 2011. The resulting company will operate under the name Nippon Sheet Glass Co. Ltd. No change will be made to the trade name, location of the head office, representative, principal business, capital, or fiscal year of the company following the merger.
