Ceramic Solutions, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Deanna Ooley to the position of customer service manager. Ooley holds a business administration/marketing degree from The University of Houston and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. She has 30 years of experience in customer service, purchasing and sales management.
