American Technical Ceramics (ATC) has promoted David Ott to the
position of senior vice president, New York operations. Since 1999 he
has been ATC's vice president of New York manufacturing. During the
last fiscal year, he was responsible for doubling the fabricated chip
output for the company's core products. He holds a degree in ceramic
engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Wayne
State University.
