Pilkington Forms Polish Joint Venture With Saint-Gobain

British glass maker Pilkinton Plc recently announced it will form a joint venture in Poland with French glass and building materials firm Saint-Gobain. "The cost of the new line is expected to be 120 million euros ($106.2 million) and it is due to come on stream in early 2003," Pilkington said in a statement.
