PPG Industries has named J. Michael Morgan manager of its Huntsville,
Ala., aircraft products plant. He succeeds George Ellis, who left the
company. "Mike's experience in production engineering, production
control and quality assurance, as well as operational management,
will help us as we continue to achieve progress in meeting our
quality improvement process goals," said Bob Moore, PPG general
manager of aircraft products. Morgan joined PPG in 1978 at the
Meadville, Pa., flat glass manufacturing plant.
