Rigaku recently announced the availability of its Micro-Z sulfur analyzer. Designed for low-level sulfur analysis, this benchtop wavelength dispersive XRF (WDXRF) instrument is self contained and requires only 110 V power to operate. Its design includes peak and background measurement capability, which allows it to meet ASTM 2622-08 specifications.
