April 2, 2008

The sanitaryware market is increasingly demanding high quality guaranteed to remain unaltered over time. According to Sacmi Whiteware, its multi-part mold high-pressure casting technology for the production of bowls and bidets guarantees unrivalled precision and reliability, as well as production process flexibility and top levels of industrial automation. NIV molds made according to functional requirements provide production processes that enhance efficiency.

The AVE 041 produces floor and wall-mounted versions of open or closed-rim WCs and bidets using a high-pressure casting process on resin molds with four to seven parts. Casting processes occur simultaneously, with independent cycles and automatic casting of pieces. On this model, de-molding is also automatic and is completed by either a special, dedicated de-molder or with the aid of a robot.

Each mold is equipped with independent lateral opening drive mechanisms to meet all of the technological requirements of products that are made simultaneously. Depending on the type of articles being made, output rates can be as high as 324 pieces in 24 hours (an 8% increase in productivity compared to the AVE 040).
