SGCDpro Issues Statement on McDonald's Glassware Recall

McDonald's USA has issued a voluntary recall of its four Shrek Forever After™ glassware recently offered in its U.S. restaurants. Customers should stop using the glasses and visit www.mcdonalds.com/glasses beginning June 8, for instructions on how to return the glasses and obtain a refund.

 

SGCDpro states that it is aware of the recent voluntary recall of McDonald’s glassware decorated by a member company. As noted by McDonald’s in a press release, “…To be clear, the glassware was evaluated by an independent third-party laboratory which is accredited by CPSC, and determined to be in compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.…”
