The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) is currently offering
two online courses for the manufacturing and engineering community --
"Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals" and "Planning Manufacturing Cells
Fundamentals." These online courses are unique in their engaging and
interactive approach and enable individuals to learn faster and at
less cost than public courses. The Michigan Virtual University is a
