Thermcraft, Inc. recently announced the release of its new cast electric heating elements for aluminum crucible furnaces and magnesium pot furnaces. These elements are manufactured with high-temperature ceramic refractory and iron-chrome-aluminum coils. Nickel-chrome alloy, multi-stranded leads resist work hardening and lead failure due to normal mechanical shock and vibration. These replacement elements are available for all brands of aluminum crucible or magnesium-pot crucible furnaces, or can be designed to meet any specification.
