This multi-function unit features precise and cost-effective control of multiple industrial burners requiring modulating or sequential control functions. Control can be switched from simple on/off control of sequential burners to motorized control of modulating burners, allowing for the optimum use of different fuels. The KS 40-1 can operate the burners in parallel or as a positioner that follows the output signal from another controller into its remote set point input. In addition, the unit can accept either a second temperature or pressure input as the process variable for boiler drum level control applications.
